About Us
Reddy Tactical Solutions is a unique investigative firm composed of retired FBI Special Agents with almost 100 years of combined investigative experience. CEO Maureen Reddy served the FBI in investigative and managerial positions in Chicago, Washington DC, the Republic of Georgia and Detroit. COO Ron Reddy also served in a wide variety of investigative and management positions in the FBI. Partner Larry Kuhl has extensive corporate and FBI experience in the investigation of white collar crime, money laundering and drug crimes.
Maureen Reddy
Chief Executive Officer
Maureen is a 30 year veteran of law enforcement. Maureen spent 27 years with the FBI investigating Violent Crime and White Collar Crime. She spent time in Chicago as a Special Agent from 1991-2006. During this time she became the Crisis Negotiation Team Leader. In 2006 Maureen transferred to FBI Headquarters in Washington DC where she was a Supervisory Special Agent in the International Operations Division assigned to oversee Legal Attache (Legat) offices in Asia, to include Tokyo, Beijing, Canberra, Jakarta, Manila, Phnom Pen, and New Dehli. In 2008, Maureen transferred to Legat
Tbilisi in the Republic of Georgia as the Assistant Legal Attache. Maureen worked closely with the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) in Georgia, along with the MIA in Armenia and Azerbaijan. In 2011, Maureen received the Medal of Merit from the MIA in Georgia. In 2010 Maureen transferred to
the Detroit Division of the FBI and supervised the Healthcare Fraud squad. In 2015, Maureen became the Assistant Special Agent in Charge overseeing the Violent Crime branch and SWAT team in the Detroit Division. Maureen retired from the FBI in 2018.
Ron Reddy

Ron is a 35 year law enforcement veteran with experience in the investigation of complex criminal and terrorism matters. Ron spent almost 30 years with the FBI working in Cleveland, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington DC, Iraq, Republic of Georgia and Detroit. In addition, he conducted or supervised FBI investigations in over 15 countries world wide. He was a member of the FBI SWAT Program for over 20 years. Ron received numerous awards for investigative and managerial excellence while serving in the FBI. After retiring from the FBI he spent six years working as a law enforcement subject matter expert for the US Department of Energy. Ron has a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering and a Master of Public Administration.
He is a proud veteran of the US Navy.
Larry Kuhl
Associate
Larry recently concluded a 15 year career managing and conducting investigations in the banking industry. During this time Larry led investigative units in two different banks, preparing due diligence studies and overseeing investigations of Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud.
Prior to that, Larry was an agent for the FBI and supervised other agents for more than 20 years. During this extensive career he directed investigations of White Collar Crimes, Drugs and Money Laundering and Counter-terrorism. Larry is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School.
